ugh this morning....hSk&T

Today i woke up on the wrong side of the bed.....
Dont know why or how, I am usually quite the poster child of annoyance in the morning
chipper and full of energy......NOT THE CASE on this 6th day of April
i had gone to bed by 1030 and got to sleep in until 6
SO WHAT EXACTLY WAS THE PROBLEM?

still....no idear (4th grade teacher put Rs on the end of every word ending in an A)
What i DO know, is that i love where i live
i love the possibilities of each day
and i wouldnt change anything for the world
i learn, i grow and i challenge myself DAILY
there is still so much more to do, but i feel that i am on ONE of my paths

this revelation came to me while walking home from flake around 330pm
with chuka in tow, the wind and sun were in the most comfortable conditions for our walk
maybe it was several hours of reading about the black plague.....
or maybe it was the graphic details about leprosy
WHO KNOWS
BUT i had a great day today because of what went into it
-training with joanne lee
-loving my clients
-accomplished lots of work (mostly in my beautiful backyard)
-back biomechanics on the trx
-preparing my faux ice cream for the Alpha Sweets tasting party tomorrow night
(whos down?)

ANYWAY enough about me.......Head Shoulders Knees & Toes of the week

1. HEAD: Ginko Biloba - enhance mental activity and memory, prevent blood clumping, and improve blood circulation. My dad called me one day with concern that he was loosing it. That I already knew BUT, if you feel that you have become foggy and forgetful....off the pipe and onto the Biloba!

2. SHOULDERS: needs to be dedicated to the biomechanics back program on the TRX
i feel fantastic after that 30 min stretch/strengthening session. come by and try!
3. KNEES: Glucosamine Supplements - reduce pain and increase mobility of your joints while it stimulates the rebuilding of cartilage.

4. TOES: a good friend of mine has complained about his heal feeling bruised
Heals Spurs - A heel spur develops as an abnormal growth of the heel bone. Calcium deposits form when the plantar fascia pulls away from the heel area, causing a bony protrusion, or heel spur to develop. Cures stretching exercises, shoes with a cushioned heel to absorbs shock, and elevating the heel with the use of a heel cradle, heel cup, or orthotic. Reduce the amount of shock and shear forces experienced from everyday activities.

SMILE, LAUGH, and never forget that you can make what you want of each day !
