I HAVE BEEN READING A BOOK BASED ON FATIGUE

THE BOOK HAS THE SAME AUTHOR AS EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR BLOOD TYPE

BASED ON YOUR BLOOD TYPE HE SPEAKS OF YOUR VALNERABLITIES TO ILLNESS

I AM BLOOD TYPE A, AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PRONE TO IMMUNE SYSTEM ISSUES

DR. PETER J. D’ADAMO STATES THAT A’S TEND TO BE THE MOST IMMUNE SYSTEM DEPLETED. THE UNDERLYING CAUSE BEING LOW GLUTATHIONE LEVELS.

GLUTATHIONE IS A MAJOR ANTIOXIDENT THAT IS PRODUCED INSIDE THE CELL TO PROTECT THEM FROM DESTRUCTIVE EFFORTS OF FREE RADICALS.

GLUTATHIONE ALSO RECYCLES VIT E & C TO KEEP THEM ACTIVE. IT IS NEEDED TO PRODUCE LYMPHOCYTES TO MULTIPLY SO YOU MAY DEVELOP A STRONG IMMUNE RESPONSE.

WHAT I HAVE FOUND IS THAT STIMULATION & CIRCULATION FROM EXERCISE, BLOOD SUGAR STABILIZATION FROM FOOD, SLEEP, POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS & STRESS MANAGEMENT WORK WONDERS.

THAT IS WHAT I CAN DO FOR MYSELF…..ADDED SUPPLEMENTATION CAN TAKE ME A STEP FURTHER.


Natural sources of glutathione are asparagus, orange, grapefruit, watermelon, potato, tomato, strawberries, spinach, cabbage, parsley, broccoli and meat.
