‎"Holding onto anything is really like holding onto your breath.
You begin to feel suffocation. It was freeing to let go." - Chopra

this has been a process for me.....realizing just recently, where i have come from and what i need to work on to get where i want to go.

in terms of friends, family, lovers & relationships we tend to compartmentalize

one person to laugh with
one person to rely on
another person that knows EVERYTHING
one person you are attracted to
another stimulates intellectually
a shoulder to lean on from another

....and the list goes on

how can you find that ONE person when you arent willing to give all of yourself to them?
how can you become truly healthy, if you are only interested in how you look?
how can you become successful if you arent willing to play all or nothing?

we hold onto things for security yes?
a blanket, a boyfriend, a credit card
imagine throwing it all into the wind?
scary huh?
imagine coming out the other side
the feeling and experiences you will be capable of?

LEAVE EM BEHIND
ALL OF THE

grudges you've held
friends you've grown apart from
ex lovers
pedestals
negative experiences
crutches
excuses
judgement
fears & reservations

LETS TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL
let it all fall away and deal the real issues
then, you can find your true potential

EMBRACE THE PROCESS
