if you want to gain STRENGTH you can lift heavier
if you want to gain SIZE you lift heavier
or just increase the rep count of the lower weight
if you lift lighter weights for higher reps you are increasing your muscle endurance
and more of a burn will happen
if you have shorter resting periods between sets
you will have more of a burn
the definition comes from loss of body fat
