i got a text this morning for am old friend

but the next morn you regret it

minutes after you finish it you are dogging ourself
enjoy yourself this holiday season
treat yourself, but do it with knowledge
if you have a huge meal tonight
strap on those sneaks and hit the mall tomorrow
get that cardio in!
my personal tips
the day after consuming more calories in one sitting that you should in a week
1. DRINK WATER
double your normal intake
most people cook with TOO MUCH SALT
you will need to flush it out of your system
most of the time you feel huge, due to water retention
2. NO STARCHY CARBS
enjoy left overs, the right ones
stay way from those buttery potatoes& corn bread
light meat & veggies, maybe a wee bitty of the cranberry sauce
FRIDAY DURING YOUR SHOPPING
you will still be burning off the starch, carbs & dessert from your dinner
allow your body to get rid of it!
get that groggy, tryptophan effected metabolism movin kid!
tomorrow is a new day!
get back on the horse
only a couple weeks til the next holiday dinner
