OUCH!

Have you ever had that painful little spot in your mouth

Canker Soresaphthous ulcers
Little ulcers in the inside of the mouth that usually resolve within 7-21 days



Most likely they are caused by:
stress
trauma 
impaired immune system:
nutrient deficiency (vitamin B-12, zinc, folic acid, or iron)
food sensitivities (mostly dairy & gluten) or
nutritional problems, such as Celiacs & Crohn's Disease


Let it be known that they are not contagious AT ALL!

Home remedy: dissolve 1 tsp salt in 1 cup of warm water & swish for 30-60 sec

You should remove citrus, lemons, oranges, pineapples, apples, figs, coffee, chocolate, spicy or salty foods, nuts, seeds, tomatoes, strawberries from your diet as well as keep the gum chewing to a minimum.
