6wk challenge FALL 2012


just in case you haven't realized SUMMER IS ALMOST OVER
where the hell did it go?
let's get you started on your back to school workout regiment

kids back at school?
parents back to the gym!

that means it's time for another.......

6 WEEK CHALLENGE

the last program we did we had 7 participants that made it just about EVERY CLASS

some styles & class times have change so these weeks will be a bit different

we will be counting your NIKE TRAINING CLUB MINUTES
whoever racks up the most by the final day will win the GRAND PRIZE
to give you a hint....it's something NIKE :)

MONDAY:
7AM Cardio: Rope/Alpha Machine/Bike Ride 
& 730AM TRX Class
OR 
7PM-8PM NTC

TUESDAY: 
6AM Yoga (free)
OR 
7AM NTC

WEDNESDAY:
6PM TRX/Power Plate Combo
OR
 7pm OPEN GYM (free)

THURSDAY: 
6AM Yoga (free)
OR 
630PM TRX/Yoga Combo Class

FRIDAY: 
6AM grass jog/intervals between Ocean Park & Shutters (free)

*classes marked FREE are only free for those that sign up for ALL 6WKS



 THE CATCH: NOTICE HOW there are only 2 NTC classes scheduled?
IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT TO ONE OR MORE OF THESE CLASSES 
YOU DO YOUR APP AT HOME, ON THE BEACH, IN THE YARD OR COME TO OPEN GYM
