TRX tantrum



ask & you shall receive

i was requested to include 6 exercises to get that killer BANKS BOD.


though she is NATURALLY BLESSED
it doesn't hurt to maintain 
a combo of body weight drills matched with light free weights & some TRX action...... 
all together will tone & tighten where it counts
