i highly recommend this book to anyone that loves food :)
AND being on top of their game.
you could quite possibly be confused about how the two can be managed.
we all have our questions about

on top of being incredibly informative
this book is witty & fast paced
one of the topics the girls bring up,
i want to touch on becasue
everyone is effected by this
& MOST haven't the slightest clue

these tricky little devils
have the power to
make you fat
& keep you fat
sounds great, right?
the last thing you want to happen?
