ouch footsies!




this morning i woke up, like many mornings previous
with really bad cramps in the arches of my feet
the left one in particular

this has not happened in a while
so when i moseyed out of my bedroom this morning like a china doll with wrapped feet
i decided to investigate

my first google search......

REFLEXOLOGY

i have always been so enthralled with energy meridians and reflexology.

You can pinch in between your thumb & first finger to relieve a headache!

The Yin meridians of the arm are:
Lung, Heart, and Pericardium.

The Yang meridians of the arm are:

The Yin Meridians of the leg are Spleen, Kidney, and Liver.

The Yang meridians of the leg are Stomach, Bladder, and Gall Bladder

OK OK OK, i guess i didnt really feel that bad this morning!
i am very blessed to have taken very good care of my feet
and even better care of them by the end of the week when i have hit the NIKE employee store.

you walk around on them all day
rub them, soak them, wear supportive shoes
but most importantly be barefoot!

when you MUST wear shoes, come to me to point you in the right direction
