Exercise of the Week - DIPS

DO YOU DIP?

Obviously, a tricep exercise, but are you doing them properly?
How is your ROM?
Everyone's body is different.  
There should be no pain or pulling in the shoulder,
and you should be able to keep your neck nice & long.
Shoulders should be pressing down while your lats are activated.
Try not to stick your chin out.
Point your elbows behind you, as you squeeze your arms towards each other.
As far as ROM goes: 
stay away from dropping below 90 degrees.

And take it outside...
this is one of those movements that can be done anywhere
so why not #TRAINFREE?
AND EARN YOUR PROGRESSION!
REMEMBER: 
Proper technique vs speed & sloppiness.
