Keep your chest pressing back toward your thighs.
Look at your kneecaps,
and tap the top of your head to the floor.
The hardest version of this exercise is with your hips right over your shoulders
and your elbows opening out to the sides.

If this isn't difficult enough or your aren't flexible enough
you can put your knees on a bench and your hands on the floor.
Or you can put your toes on the bench so your body is a 90 degrees.
